Yacht Charters in Spain & The Balearics
Barcelona to Valencia, Spain: 7 Days
Day 1 & 2: Barcelona
Barcelona is quirky, cosmopolitan and effortlessly elegant. From the Gothic architecture to Gaudi's fantasy-like Park Güell, the capital city of Catalonia buzzes with excitement. Check out the Picasso Museum, the unique Sagrada Familia church, the energetic market La Boqueria, the gardens of Montjuic, not to mention the beaches. For yachts in Port Vell, it's just a short stroll to La Rambla or shop the designer labels or local designers on Passeig de Gràcia.
Day 3 & 4: Tarragona
An ancient Roman resort town, grand old Tarragona, is perched on a rocky bluff with a gorgeous view. Take advantage of the sunset panorama with a walk on the Balcó del Mediterráni. If you are tiring of all the water views, travel to the interior for wine tours in Priorat and Monsant wine regions. Tarragona also has the quintessentially Spanish bull-fighting ring.
Day 5, 6 & 7: Valencia
Valencia is a vacation favorite among Spaniards and international travelers with its culture and contrast set amongst orange trees, rice paddies and jaw-dropping museums. Explore the Valencian Institute of Modern Art, the City of Arts and Sciences and Museu de Belles Arts de València museums or head to the golf course. Enjoying a stroll at the lagoon at Parque Natural de la Albufera, is a window into what the coast looked like before all the urbanization.
