Jackie hails from the “City of Good Neighbors,” Buffalo, New York, where she grew up enjoying warm, beautiful summers on the Great Lakes. After earning a BA in Communications and English from York University, Jackie began her career working in radio, later transitioning into digital media and marketing with a focus on web and social media strategies. During this time, her passion for travel and exploring new places inspired her to relocate to Toronto, San Diego, New York City, and eventually Malta, where she earned a dual masters degree in Integrated Marketing Communications.
While living abroad, Jackie came to know and love the yachting industry, and quickly decided that she wanted to spend time traveling the world working onboard these beautiful vessels. In 2010, Jackie began her first stewardess position onboard a 156-foot private yacht and immediately set her intentions on learning and advancing quickly within the industry. She worked her way up to the position of Chief Stewardess within a year and a half and never looked back, managing interior operations and service to deliver top-notch experiences to guests onboard. Jackie has worked onboard a wide range of busy private and charter yachts ranging from 120-260 feet in size all over the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Bahamas, and United States.
Five years later Jackie feels extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to work within the yachting industry, get paid to travel to beautiful destinations worldwide, and work for and with some truly amazing people. Jackie eventually retired her epaulettes in favor of a land-based life in Fort Lauderdale and a shift back to her marketing roots within a more business-oriented side of the yachting industry. Jackie is excited to be a part of the team at Denison Yacht Sales, and she is committed to delivering the excellence consistent with the Denison name. Jackie believes that her first-hand charter experience gives her an advantage in delivering unforgettable experiences to charter clients and building long-lasting relationships between the industry's leading vessels and crew.
